Hiking the PCT in Warner Springs

Pics below were taken while hiking on a section of the Pacific Crest Trail in Warner Springs, CA this past weekend. We ran into a several hikers who started at the US/Mexico border and were hiking the entire 2,650 miles. One of them was Sticky Fingers. She’s from Portland and is doing the entire trail solo. Of all the people we saw on the trail, she was easily the strongest – consistently pulling 20-25mile days. We saw her on Saturday a few miles outside of Warner Springs chillin’ on the side of trail…and if you check out her blog, she’s made it to the top of 10,834′ Mt San Jacinto 3 days later. That’s 25mile days solid, plus 10k’ of elevation.
